Halloween” Sequel Without A Zombie

Technically Michael Myers isn’t a zombie, seeing that he’s never really died. Jason Vorhees would be considered a zombie, seeing that he’s died many many many times. But, its really a cool title for the post, I’ve been stealing a lot of them recently right off from where I get them from.

Anway…The remake was ok. A lot of killing and sex. But I felt it went way too long and ultimately was un-necessary. I hope that this one wasn’t futile in the fact that the whole reason they remade it was to make sure that it didn’t become old, stale and redundant like the sequels to the original were.

Let’s hope these two guys do good.

Arrow in the Head reports that Dimension is moving forward with a sequel to Rob Zombie’s “Halloween” without the helmer’s involvement.

Julien Maury and Alexandre Bustillo, who were attached to the “Hellraiser” remake, have confirmed themselves as the co-directors.

Maury tells Rue Morgue Magazine that “Our vision will be done with the utmost respect, with a continuity to Zombie’s work. But also a real evolution of the world he set in place.”

The original “Halloween” sequel was set mostly around a hospital, no word on where this sequel will take place.
