I received an e-mail from Andy Marnik today, haven’t spoken to him since probably around the time we were casting The Waiting Game back in 2007 and it was an e-mail informing his contacts that he was now writing about Indie movies (which is one of his big things) and I told him that I would post a link to his page on the blog. Andrew Louis Marnik is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University’s Electronic Filmmaking and Digital Video Design Program. He has an undying love for the cinema and enjoys finding the indie flicks that stand out. He writes about independent cinema because he feels the underdog deserves a moment in the spotlight.

Like I said yesterday, I’ll be posting the previous days pic choice. Here is today’s:

I was walking into the kitchen and did a double take outside on the table outside on our deck and saw that we had a little friend, a squirrel, sitting and relaxing. I actually had my cell phone on me, begged the squirrel not to move, and snapped this picture through the window, which is why it looks distorted, because there is a screen there. Originally, I sent this pic to Melissa with a subject saying: “Is it the Jersey Devil?” Now simply it is the cell pic of the day.
