“Big Love” canceled?

Cos

Word from Variety.com today is that HBO’s polygamy show, Big Love, will be canceled after its fifth season. My only question is, when The Sopranos ended, they didn’t say it was canceled, they said it was ending. I wonder why there is a difference of wording here.

I feel as if there is more to this story than they are saying and only time will tell as to why they would drop this series at a time when the don’t have that many hit series to fall back on.
