What are baby animals called?

Went on Thesaurus.com to find a word that was puzzling me and I came across this banner on the page:

bunniesWarming my heart, because I truly love rabbits (in this case hares, but I consider them close enough) I decided to proceed forward.

While they did have some interesting names for some other animals, some of which I didn’t know also, I couldn’t find an actual link to the slide show, so in an effort to save time, I’m only putting the screen shot of the baby hares:
