So, a few minutes after I posted the blog entry on Saturday morning Melissa woke up even worse then the night before. After considering our options, and there weren’t many, we decided the best course of action would be to return back to the emergency room and see what they could do. Once there the doctors decided that it would be wise to admit her and keep her there over night to see what was going on with her.
Melissa ended up staying two nights, and I’m sure if you ask her she’d tell you stories about her “bat ass” roommate of an old lady (and yes I did write “bat”)and how she kept Melissa up all night, not because of how interesting she was but because of how freaky she ended up being. This lady would try to get out of her bed, she had to have restraints and she would somehow manage to get out or attempt to get out and an alarm would go off.
In fact, when I left the first night, and Melissa and I kissed good night I was walking out and the old lady looks at me and with a deep raspy voice says “I love you too”. And I just kept walking as I hear the alarms from her bed go off. (Shiver)
I guess I’m fine. I’m still not a hundred percent even now but I’m getting there as is Melissa how was off today from work. She’ll be going back tomorrow, perhaps for half a day, more if she feels up to it.
So to all of you who were worried and called, texted, or left message here on the blog, thank you.

Glad you guys are okay!
That old lady would creep me out, too – that “I love you too” thing sounds like the villain in a movie.
She takes off her mask, and…she’s The Joker!
LOL! Kind of reminded me of some demonic voice with dark eyes looking at me as if a demon had taken her over. Shiver.
Oh yeah, her eyes roll back into her head, and she begins speaking in tongues…
It was a catholic hospital…perhaps they should have done a exorcism…oh man, now I feel bad. Thanks!
Pfft hahahahaha, an exorcism.
no exorcism?
