Interesting thought about a third zombie movie in the 28 series, I don’t recall too too much of 28 Days Later, I think I fell asleep throughout it. But I enjoyed 28 Weeks Later. I wanted to see more. So a third one would be pretty cool.

As if there aren’t enough zombie movies in the works – and heck, the only good one is that Condition Dead thing (Sorry, couldn’t help myself!) – Danny Boyle is said to be talking to FOX about doing a second sequel to “28 Days Later”.

“There’s a bit of discussion going on about it at the moment,” Boyle tells MTV. “I have an idea for it [but] I’ve got to present it and see what people think really because it might be silly really”.

If the studio does agree to bankroll Boyle’s second wrestle with the Coffin Dodgers, he may return to direct it.

The first two were great, I’d welcome another.

I love zombie movies, and I would love to write a Zombies in space type of movies. But not cheesy. I have some great ideas for it and I know that I would want to name the movie after the space ship that it would take place on. It would be like an alien movie with super fast zombie (just like in 28 Days Later–they were even more scary then the slow ass ones in all of the other zombie movies before it, I don’t care what Night of the Living Dead creator George A. Romero says, the faster they go the scarier they are!). And I’ve been toying with it now for a while.

Honestly the idea comes from a conversation that Melissa and I had after seen a zombie movie, she likes Zombie movies and she likes Space movies. So I said lets put them together! One night, shortly after that, she decided to pour her heart out and tell me in detail what the story she saw in her head was. I’m not saying it wasn’t good, but the lights were out and I was on my way to sleep and I fell asleep, only to have her wake me up upset that I had fallen asleep while she was sharing her story of Zombies in Space. Needless to say I haven’t gotten the full story out of her since…
