Last night, at the WWE Pay-Per-View (PPV) TLC: Tables, Ladders and Chairs, after The Big Show won the World Heavyweight Championship from an injured Mark Henry; Daniel Bryan cashed in his Money in the Bank briefcase to win the championship!

Huge news for someone who was not considered a main eventer in WWE. Huge news for someone from Ring of Honor (ROH) and the “Indy darling” that he was prior to entering WWE.

I’m happy to see that both Daniel Bryan and CM Punk (both ROH wrestlers and so called “Indy darlings”) are both the faces of the WWE. I hope that Daniel Bryan’s run goes a little longer than Christian’s first Championship reign earlier this year.
