Saw this post earlier and thought I’d share it. Melissa has been going to a yoga class recently and I was wondering what it would be like for her to try it at home.

I know that we’ve worked out at home, usually with Insanity, and the girls get really concerned (especially Chloe) and they come over and check on us to make sure that we’re ok.
