That’s what WWE seems to feel like these last few years as its roster as well as its global presence has expanded thanks to the PG rating. Yet, TNA, the one rival organization that should be standing toe to toe with Vince McMahon, can’t seem to measure up on a variety of levels.

Fans of the game were initially excited to see their favorite characters in the flesh on the big screen until open day when they realized how terrible it was. Not only was it sad because it failed to live up to the hype but it was also the final motion picture of one of the finest Hispanic actors of the time: Raul Julia.

I’ve been trying my best to avoid the same old sequels I’ve been reviewing for the last few months. While Hollywood continues to produce event films with big budgets and featuring star caliber actors, the audiences they try to appeal to have become increasingly frustrated with the experience of going to the movies. High ticket and concession prices at major multiplexes owned by anything like Loews and AMC play a major factor in the problem. Even when there are movies with high public interest that are worth shelling out the extra fees, however, the combination of noisy kids, crying babies, cell phone disruptions, and one too many advertisements before the feature presentation that force most audiences to stay home and stream their movies right at their own fingertips.

When I recently had a conversation with the man known as Cos, I was surprised to hear that he had never heard of a Die Hard arcade game. Yes, back in 1996, Sega produced Die Hard Arcade which was originally made in Japan as Dynamite Cop only to be imported to the states with the Die Hard brand name. This conversation ultimately inspired me to write a blog on 7 movies that never had video game tie-ins.
