Google Mars

Speaking of Google Earth, here is something I saw this a long time ago, probably about a little under a year ago, while I was still student teaching and correct me if I’m wrong, because I didn’t bother to go searching for this one, but I never posted anything about this one.

Along with Google Earth, they also have a site called, Google Mars. Not a programs like Earth, Mars is more of a website where you can travel around certain parts of Mars. Not as cool as Earth, but I’m assuming one day maybe they’ll be able accurately map out Mars.

Here’s the link to Google Mars: http://www.google.com/mars/

and here are some more links to Google Mars pages, like the About Google Mars with some frequently asked questions: http://www.google.com/mars/about.html

And a Google Mars Blog: http://googleblog.blogspot.com/2006/03/mars-attracts.html

Enjoy!
