Spiderman 3

George Lucas saw Spiderman 3, but I still haven’t yet. I’m hoping to find some time this weekend. I’d like to see it before the damn thing gets on DVD. Its not a movie to watch on DVD, its one to be seen on the big screen with surround sound in a movie theater…at least the first time. Wish me luck. I hope I can find time this weekend to see it.

  1. Haven’t seen it, either. 🙁

Haven’t heard much good about it…but I’m hoping that it was good, but just overhyped. Maybe people expected too much out of a movie.

The worst thing I’ve heard is that because they fit three villains into the movie, they had to skip a lot of explanations that were in the comics…and go with a “just because.” That’s okay with me, as long as they make up for it in other parts of the plot.

I’m torn between seeing it in theaters, or downloading the crappy camcorder copy that’s available online (which is better than nothing).

  2. I think it would just be better to see it the way that it was meant to be seen in the theater! You’ll see it with surround sound and you’ll see it with other people. Its a much better situation!

  3. After seeing it, the camcorder version didn’t look so bad.

Well, it was either Spider-Man 3, or Shrek 3 – and I heard Shrek 3 is terrible.
