‘Captain America: The Winter Soldier’ trailer

I have to say, I really enjoyed Captain America, I thought it was a very well put together film. But Captain America in The Avengers felt very blah. I didn’t feel like he really did anything. He help some people by giving them a lift using his shield, but that was really it. Maybe I’ll get around to watching The Avengers again, but that was honestly how I felt and how I still feel about Captain America.

Captain America was never a favorite of mine, he kind of seemed like a hero from another era. Someone who didn’t quite have all the powers that all of the other heroes in the Marvel universe had. My personal favorite had to have been The Hulk, I read many of the Incredible Hulk comics for the last few years of Peter David’s remarkable 12 year run on the comic. I shortly lost interest as the next writer just could not get the story straight. (to my shock, as I am writing this, I found out that late last year Peter David had a stroke, I will continue to do some research and see how he is doing, you can view the article here: http://shelf-life.ew.com/2013/01/10/peter-david-the-incredible-hulk/) but I digress.

Getting back to Captain America, I think this next movie looks great and I love how they are bringing in a lot of the main Shield members. You pretty much have to since Captain America is apart of Shield. (if only they could do something about the Shield show)

Anyway, check out the trailer, let me know what you think:
