no, they just don’t have a certain program and it doesn’t allow me to download because I’m not the main person (the administrator) so I’m shit out of luck.

It’s Flash, right? Can you tell the IT dude to install the Flash plugin? That’s pretty much an essential if you’ve got to browse the web (especially car sites!).
