Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire

Fucking….

ruled all. By far the best of the Potter movies and makes me definately pick up the books to catch up on everything that I’ve missed. This is truely not a film for small children. Some very scary scenes and very sad shit happens. I don’t want to ruin it for everyone…besides I have to go to bed I have a wedding in the morning…not my own, but I’m in it and its my cousins.

Out of ten stars I give it a ten. Most definately. I’ll put it up there with Pirates and The Rock as great movies. And so far this year only two movies got the ten stars (unless someone goes back to check to see what I gave them) and those were Star Wars and Batman Begins.

Three Thumbs up for this movie which means get off your cheap ass and go see it right now!

Here some pics from Harry P.

What are you still doing here, go see the damn movie!

hahaha that’s the thing…i avoided harry potter for all of those years because it’s popular and a kid’s book series.

my mom’s a children’s librarian, so she’s into that sort of stuff anyway.

then last year, james made me watch a couple of them…he’d put them on the TV and turn the volume up loud, and well it’s hard to stay focused to the computer. so i watched them. i still don’t know who anyone is but harry potter, so i told my mom i’d keep asking her during the movie “who’s dumbeldore?”.

lord of the rings was cooler, anyway.

lord of the ring is better…but the Potter series probably made it to the Ring series status with Goblet of Fire. Not a kids movie at all (welcome to PG-13) and well worth the money paid to see it.

I have yet to read any of the books, but because of the maturity of the fourth movie I picked up the copy from Melissa’s house this weekend; she read it about two years ago (along with the third, fifth and sixth book, she’s only missing the first two) and I started reading the first chapter. Already it makes more sense (explains some little things) from just the opening of the movie. There is so much death in the books, I don’t understand how parents let their kids read it….
