I’m still a little iffy about this movie. I know that it is named after a 1980’s tv show, but the director, Michael Mann, completely re-did the whole concept and now I believe the only thing that is the same is the names of the characters. It doesn’t take place during the 80’s and its a serious drama/action movie. I also dont’ think Michael Mann can direct action the way that current movie audiences want it. I mean, I want things like M:I III, most people want things like Fast and the Furious or XXX…I don’t agree with those people but I also don’t know what to think about Miami Vice…
