Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles to SyFy?

Cos

Seeing that Terminator has been in the news recently (and on the blog:  More Terminator on its Way? and Should Arnold return to Terminator?) and seeing how I was (and still am) such a huge fan of the Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles show that was on Fox back in 2008-2009 that I figured I might as well promote this. Not the Earth shattering news I would have liked it to be and about three years too late at this point in time, but the 31 episodes that were made (before the show was canceled (Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles CANCELED!) will begin airing on SyFy. I didn’t want that to come out as bitter as it may have, but I loved this show. One of the best written shows that was literally written off by the fans early on for one reason or another. It held and still holds a huge following of people that have been clamoring for something from it since it was canceled way back in May of 2009.

I have to say that SyFy has really started to grow and spread out from their singular roll of one stop Science Fiction channel, like it was originally conceived as. They are now more like their sister station USA, only with hints of sci-fi and super natural. They’ve always had Ghost Hunters (which itself has spawned two other shows), but now they have other reality shows like Face Off and the upcoming Marcel’s Quantum Kitchen which has Top Chef contestant Marcel, from season 2 and the current All-Stars season along with WWE Friday Night Smackdown and Being Human. They don’t just deal with science fiction.

I hope that with Sarah Connor returning to tv that something gives and perhaps they attempt to try and get at least a two hour finale movie together so that the fans of the show can finally get some closure the to season/series finale to the show.
