Not Breaking News: Disney doesn’t think too highly of scripts for their blockbusters

Finally the truth comes out of the horse’s mouth. Hollywood is no longer in the business of telling stories. It’s about the combination of spectacle and star power to equate big bucks and unfortunately we as the public are at fault for this. Mike Sampson over at Joblo.com wrote this short but hard-hitting piece based on statements made by Andy Hendrickson, the Chief Technical Officer at Walt Disney Pictures, the home of Tron, Pirates of the Caribbean, Alice in Wonderland, and the horrendous Haunted Mansion (Had to throw that one in).
