Dark Horizons has an article up today in which they discuss an exert from an interview from the Darkwing Duck creator saying that despite the fact that Launchpad and Gizmo Duck were both in the Darkwing series that they are not in the same universe as Duck Tales. They are in alternate universes.

I’m pretty sure that Launchpad mentioned, at least once, that he had his airplane or helicopter “on loan from Mr. McDuck” (aka Uncle Scrooge).

Controversial comments from the creator, not sure I agree with them…what do you think?
