Yes, you heard that right.

The Hollywood Reporter announced today that Warner Bros. is set to send 17 films to both HBO Max and theaters on the same day.

The list includes ‘Dune’, The Matrix 4′ and ‘The Suicide Squad’.

This follows on the news that ‘Wonder Woman 1984’ will be released to HBO Max and in theaters on Christmas Day.

I’m holding onto my feelings about this for now. I’m going to wait until I see how other studios react to this news.
