Sucks that Jeff Hardy had a chance to win another World Championship, only to have it hampered by someone else. I’m OK with CM Punk though. No, complaints. Just wished they had allowed Jeff to actually enjoy a Championship reign. Although, I will say, if Hardy does resign his contract, CM Punk vs Jeff Hardy could be a pretty good fued.

But it wasn’t only Edge who would be overwhelmed with the sickening feeling of losing championship gold.
Before Hardy could fully bask in the glory of being crowned the new World Heavyweight Champion, CM Punk crushed Hardy’s dreams by cashing in the contract he has wielded since winning the Money in the Bank Ladder Match at the 25th Anniversary of WrestleMania.
