Redesign. Rebuild. Reclaim.

Everyone who knows me I’m a big wrestling fan. Yes, still, even after all these years, though my loyalty to the form of entertainment is tested almost weekly by dumb choices and stupid story lines. When Seth Rollins returned in May with the new “Redesign. Rebuild. Reclaim.” theme across his entrance video and his merchandise, I perked up. It spoke to me. I know that for Rollins, he had been injured back in November and for his character it was to redesign and rebuild himself after such an injury but to also reclaim the championship that he never lost. It spoke to me in a different way.

I mentioned in my previous post (Where I am) that I had a lot of time on my hands and I felt a bit lost. “Redesign. Rebuild. Reclaim.” meant something else to me. I could redesign myself, I could rebuild myself and I could reclaim what had been lost. Hell, I almost name the Where I am post “Redesign. Rebuild. Reclaim.” and I think it would have made a lot of sense there as well.

While I have still yet to reclaim what I am looking for, I continually am Redesigning and Rebuilding myself personally. However, I’m also putting the “Redesign. Rebuild. Reclaim.” idea to work in other aspects of my life, this time on the blog itself. I’ve had great ideas to turn the blog into more of a website, I even purchased the another website to move this from a blog to a fun site. But not only do I not have the time to constantly write but I don’t have the time to transfer everything that we have done here over to the new site (not right now at least). But to be honest, I’m tired of the way the blog looks. I feel like I changed this a year ago, but I find that this theme to be outdated, it isn’t even responsive, which bothers me.

Last time you’ll see this version of the blog

So, I’m changing it.

“Redesign. Rebuild. Reclaim.”

This blog used to get 200-300 hits a day and now barely makes it to 100. Its time to change it up a little and reclaim what we once had.

I hope you enjoy the new look of the blog and can properly see it on any device (desktop, tablet or smartphone) that you have. Let me know your thoughts!
