John Cho and Kal Penn are set to reprise their roles as stoners in the sequel to “Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle” reports Production Weekly.

The comedy follows the cross-country adventure of the pot-smoking duo as they try to outrun the authorities after being suspected as terrorists when they try to sneak a bong on board a flight to Amsterdam.

The screenplay is by Jon Hurwitz and Hayden Schlossberg, who penned the original script and will co-direct the sequel.

A shooting start date of late January is set in Shreveport, Louisiana.

And the watered down sequels to slightly funny movies continue to roll…hey isn’t one of the guys in this movie in Van Wilder 2: The Rise of Taj?
